At its first location, the food was neither fast nor exceptionally good, but with the opening of the second restaurant, this Ferran Adrià-sponsored project for healthful, creative, fresh fast food has improved, making it a great alternative dining and take-out option. The menu, divided into cold and hot choices, includes an interesting combination of gourmet salads with their own particular dressings, bocatines (finger sandwiches), hamburgers, paninis, fries fried in olive oil that is changed on a daily basis, fresh juice combinations, and three rich flavors of flan: chocolate, coffee, and fresh cheese. The decor is lively and meant to accommodate groups or those dining alone.
