Fodor's Review:
This small family-run bar and restaurant has long been one of the best values in the center of Madrid—it's two blocks from the Puerta del Sol—and you can eat inside or at tables on the pedestrian-only side street. A starter, main course, dessert, and a full bottle of wine can be had for a ridiculously low EUR 8.50; or you can choose to share some of the larger portions (raciones).
