Come Prima

Come Prima Review

There are fancier and more expensive Italian restaurants in the city but none as warm or authentic as this one. Decorated with black-and-white photos of Italian actors and stills from movies, the interior is divided into three areas; the bistrolike front, with green-and-white checkered tablecloths, is the most charming. Portions are large, eye-catching, and tastefully presented. The risottos are popular, especially the Solista, with zucchini and king prawns, and the Selvático, with porcini mushrooms and Parmesan. The menu also features innovative fresh pastas like liver- or pumpkin-filled ravioli and a pappardelle with white-truffle cream and egg yolk.
