Madrid Restaurants

Sacha Review

Playful sketches decorate the walls of this French bistro-like restaurant filled with oversize antique furniture. The cuisine is provincial Spanish with a touch of imagination. The lasaña de erizo de mar (sea urchin lasagna), arroz con setas y perdiz (rice with mushrooms and partridge), and the Villagodio (a thick, grilled cut of beef) are just some of the house specialties. The small terrace, secluded and sheltered by trees, is popular in the summer.
