  • 21. Sluiz

This zany, color-packed bazaar looks like a fairground marquee, and feels like IKEA on an acid trip. Both the design, and the objects for sale, are mad and unpredictable—chandeliers, taxidermy, tie-dye fashion, neon signs, graffiti-sprayed chairs in the café. Just when you think you’ve found a normal section, such as some sunglasses, you’ll see a purple statue of a bull. Sluiz is festival-spirited, packed with tongue-in-cheek humor, a true Ibizan one-off. Don’t even attempt to overthink what’s going on in here.
