This inventive tapas bar has been transformed from a collection of tiny market stalls adjoining Santiago's food market into a vibrant and contemporary glass-walled space. Ingredients are handpicked in the market each morning and crafted into impeccable dishes bursting with fresh flavors and new ideas. These flavors can be enjoyed in the small 12-seater dining room (reservations highly recommended) or alongside the regulars by simply leaning up against the bar surrounding the exterior.
