This delightful hotel restaurant is in an evocative 17th-century building complete with low ceilings, uneven floors, ancient beams, and an intimate dining room, which a hefty wood-burning stove makes cozy in winter. The menu uses fresh local ingredients (most of the vegetables are grown organically by the owner) in its traditional dishes, like the Maimones soup (onion, garlic, bread and poached egg) and Olla de castañas (chestnut stew), all century-old recipes from the Antequera area. A tasting menu can be ordered (€30 including beverages).
