Fodor's Review:

Pedraza's romance peaks on the first two Saturdays of July for the Conciertos de las Velas (Candle Concerts),when the artificial lights in Pedraza are switched off and the entire town is bathed in the flickering glow of more than 35,000 candles, placed along the streets and in the Plaza Mayor. In the evening (at 10 PM) classical-music concerts take place in the Plaza Mayor and the castle. Concert tickets must be bought at least a month in advance.
