Fodor's Review

The south side of the cathedral overlooks this harmonious, arcaded Renaissance square, commissioned by Cardinal Mendoza. The small palaces and cobblestone alleys mark the virtually intact old quarter. Along Calle Mayor you'll find the palace that belonged to the doncel's family. The plaza hosts a medieval market on weekends.
