Getting Here and Around

High-speed AVE trains from Madrid drop you at the Guiomar station, about 7 km outside Segovia's center. Bus 11 is timed to coincide with arriving trains, and drops you at the foot of the aqueduct after about a 15-minute ride. Urbanos de Segovia operates the 13 inner-city bus lines and one tourist line. (902/330080 www.urbanosdesegovia.com). Segovia's central bus station (921/427705) is 5 minutes' walk from the aqueduct, along the pedestrianized Paseo de Ezequiel Gonzalez.
