Mesón Casas Colgadas Review
Run by Pedro Torres Pacheco, the celebrated restaurateur who has done much to promote Cuenca's cuisine, this restaurant offers local produce, fish, and a variety of game during hunting season, all with an upscale vibe. The sleek and modern white dining room is next to the Museum of Abstract Art in one of the iconic, gravity-defying Casas Colgadas. There are fantastic views of the hanging houses and the plunging gorge below—not for the acrophobic!
