Once a 15th-century printing press, this family-run hotel and restaurant ($$$$) has been hosting travelers and serving Burgalese food for four generations. Guest rooms are light and airy and face the cathedral, as do the dining rooms, lined in hand-hewn beams. The pimientos rellenos (stuffed peppers) are excellent, as is the sopa de Doña Jimena (garlic soup with bread and egg).
