Casa de la Moneda (Mint) Review
All Spanish coinage was struck here from 1455 to 1730. After extensive renovations, the mint reopened in 2011 with a celebratory visit by Spain's queen. Free tours are available at 4:30 daily and at 10 and 12 on Saturday; book in advance at the tourist office or by email at inforeservasdesegovia.es. Walking down to the riverside complex is pleasant, along a shady path that offers views of the city.
