Fodor's Review

This Rafael Moneo-designed structure of glass and stone, ingeniously contained within a Romanesque palace, is Pamplona's architectural treasure. Containing papers and parchments going back to the 9th century, the archive holds more than 25,000 linear yards of documents and has room for more than 18,500 yards more. The library and reading rooms are lined with cherrywood and topped with a gilded ceiling.
