Four generations ago, Pablo Cámara turned this 19th century fishing wharf on the Rentería narrows into a first-class seafood restaurant with classic fare. The dining room has lovely views over the shipping lane, and a central "live" tank that rises and falls with the tide and from which lobsters and crayfish can be hauled up for your inspection. A steaming sopa de pescado (fish soup) on a wet Atlantic day is a memorable event. Try cangrejo del mar (spider crab with vegetable sauce) or the superb merluza con salsa verde (hake in green sauce).
