La Cepa Review

This booming and boisterous tavern has been around virtually forever (it opened in 1948). The ceiling of this rustic, wood-beamed bar is lined with dangling jamóns (hams), the walls covered with old photos of San Sebastian and the room probably packed with locals. Everything from the Ibérico ham to the little olive, pepper, and anchovy combos called "penalties" will whet your appetite.
