Fodor's Review:
Between the dark, creaky wood floors and staircases and the ancient beams, pillars, and coats of arms, this famous 15th-century inn turns out classical Castillian and Basque specialties that reflect Vitoria's geography and social history. Try the lomo de cebón asado en su jugo con puré de manzanas (filet mignon with apple puree) or any of the merluza (hake) preparations.
