In the heart of the nightlife district, this dark restaurant is a true find, frequented by Pamplona locals in the know. Come for a full sit-down meal or just to sample tapas at the bar. Standouts are the Basque classic merluza con salsa verde (hake in green sauce) and any of the dishes made with alcachofas (artichokes), for which Navarra is justly famous. Caracoles en salsa de ajos (snails in garlic sauce) and rabo de buey (braised oxtail) also rank near the top of this traditional Pamplona dining enclave's specialties.
