This warm, family-run restaurant in a stately mansion with classically elegant decorations is one of Pamplona's finest addresses for refined cuisine. Traditional, international, Navarran, and contemporary culinary techniques and tastes all find a place on the menu. House favorites range from hojaldre de marisco (shellfish pastry) to an ensalada de langosta (lobster salad) appetizer and muslo de pichón relleno de trufa y foie (pigeon drumstick stuffed with truffles and foie gras).
