Fodor's Review:

This warm, family-run restaurant in a stately mansion with classically elegant decorations is one of Pamplona's finest. Specialties include hojaldre de marisco (shellfish pastry), an ensalada de langosta (lobster salad) appetizer, and muslo de pichón relleno de trufa y foie (pigeon stuffed with truffles and foie gras).
