La Taberna de la Cuarta Esquina

Fodor's Review:

This simple provincial tavern exemplifies the best of Spain: excellent and unpretentious food and service in a family environment. Roasts and menestra de verduras (vegetable stewed with bits of ham) are irresistible here, especially in the dining room with the fireplace.
