Overlooking the Kursaal concert hall and the Zurriola beach at the mouth of the Urumea River, this small but bright new hotel is also at the edge of the Parte Vieja, San Sebastián's prime grazing area for tapas and vinos. Some of the cheerfully decorated rooms (though not all) have views northeast across the Urumea River and out to sea.
