Perennial winner of tapa championships, this spot across the Urumea River in Gros is well worth the walk. José Ramon Elizondo's miniature creations, from contraste de pato (duck à l'orange) to his Moorish-based bastela de pichón (pigeon pie), are stupendous. Order the excellent crisp asparagus coated with burnt garlic.
