The lodging, tucked way up the winding roads of the rugged coastal hills, requires a car to get in and out of. Casa Artzu offers free parking once here. Hondarribia is 15-minutes by car while everywhere else will require a longer commute.
Restaurants
San Pedro Street in Hondarribia’s old town is one of the hottest gastronomical destinations in the Basque Country right now. Make sure to stop at Gran Sol (15-minute drive) for some of the best pintxos out there.
Alameda (15-minute drive) is another Hondarribia highlight, with a Michelin-star under its belt and three-generation’s worth of culinary knowledge driving the show.
