Turisme de Barcelona has two main locations, both open Monday-Saturday 9-9, and Sunday 10-2: Plaça de Catalunya, in the center of town, and Plaça Sant Jaume, in the Gothic Quarter. There are smaller facilities at the Sants train station, open daily 8-8; the Institut de Cultura (at La Rambla 99 and La Rambla 7) open Monday-Saturday 9-9 and Sunday 10-2, has cultural information only. The Palau de Congressos is open daily 10-8 during trade fairs and conventions only. For general information in English, dial 010 between 8 AM and 10 PM any day but Sunday. El Prat Airport has two offices (in terminals A and B) with tourist information, open Monday-Saturday 9:30-8 and Sunday 9:30-3. The tourist office in Palau Robert, open Monday-Saturday 10-7, specializes in provincial Catalonia. There are also tourist information Cabinas in strategic locations around town including Rambla 115, Portal de la Pau s/n by the Columbus Monument, Plaça de la Sagrada Família, Plaça Espanya, Estació Nord, Plaça Catalunya, Passeig Joan de Borbó s/n in Barceloneta at the corner of Carrer Almirall Cervera, and Plaça Joan Peiró in Sants.
