Fodor's Review

A contemporary polished-marble-and-black-glass box, with Japanese overtones, a stone's throw from the gardens of the Monestir de Pedralbes, this hotel may be a bit removed from the action downtown, but there's a stop on the Bus Turistic just across the street, and the views up into the Collserola Hills above Barcelona are splendid. Rooms are well outfitted with plasma-screen TVs and copious amounts of blond wood. From here, it's a 15-minute climb to Carretera de les Aigües,

Barcelona's best running track, across the side of the mountain behind the city, and the air in this part of town can be a welcome relief. The Sansi gets more executive travelers than tourists (one of Europe's major graduate schools of business administration is right nearby), so the staff runs a tight ship.
