Sansi Pedralbes Review

A contemporary polished-marble-and-black-glass box, with Japanese overtones, a stone's throw from the gardens of the Monestir de Pedralbes, this hotel may be a bit removed from the action downtown, but there's a stop on the Bus Turistic just across the street, and the views up into the Collserola Hills above Barcelona are splendid. Rooms are well outfitted with plasma-screen TVs and copious amounts of blond wood. From here, it's a 15-minute climb to the Carretera de les Aigües, Barcelona's best running track, across the side of the mountain behind the city, and the air in this part of town can be a welcome relief.
