Asian cuisine expert Ana Saura's much respected restaurant just behind L'Illa Diagonal shopping emporium is widely regarded as offering some of the best Japanese food in Barcelona. Chef Maestro Tan prepares sushi and sashimi of impeccable quality and purity, often working only three feet away from diners at the polished oak bar, with the best views into the glass-walled kitchen.
