Salif Keïta, Kitty, Daisy and Lewis, and Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings are just a few that have taken the stage recently, though the offerings vary wildly from jazz and swing, to flamenco and hard rock. After the last encore, Sala Apollo converts to a hugely popular dance club—the Nasty Monday and Crappy Tuesday nights

are particularly sinful ways to start the week.
