For a taste of traditional Barcelona, unchanged and unspoiled by sleek interior design, this regular old everyday bar—one of the last of its kind—serves delicious tapas and small portions of traditional morsels, from pimientos de Padrón (green peppers from Padrón, Galicia) to xipirones (baby squid).
