Albert Adrià, younger brother and chief culinary researcher for his hyper-famous brother Ferran Adrià (of El Bulli fame), has opened his own tapas bar just a few blocks west of the Mercat de Sant Antoni. Products and preparations are uniformly interesting and excellent at this faux-industrial designer corner, from the fragrant Torta del Casar cheese to the olive sampler served in a ceramic flute.
