New flavors and innovative, contemporary cooking distinguish this young couple's contribution to the Barceloneta dining panorama. It's not that Andaira doesn't do the traditional waterfront rice and fish dishes, but that they do them with a sleek, modern flair, all within sight of the Mediterranean.
