Dishes range from classical Mediterranean to Castilian roast suckling pig at this graceful, eclectic space tucked in behind the block facing the cathedral. The wine list features labels you may never have heard of but will be glad to get to know; the service is impeccable and delivered with panache and wit—and more often than not in perfect English.
