Fleets of waiters in white outfits flash by at the speed of light in Barcelona's best Galician restaurant, which specializes in seafood medleys from shellfish to finfish to cuttlefish to caviar. An assortment of media ración (half-ration) selections is available at the bar, where pulpo a feira (squid on potato) and jamón bellota de Guijuelo (acorn-fed ham) make peerless late-night fare. People-watching is tops here, and the waiters are better than stand-up comics.
