Palau de la Virreina
Palau de la Virreina Review
The neoclassical Virreina Palace, built by a viceroy to Peru in 1778, is now a major center for changing exhibitions of paintings, photography, and historical items. The building also houses a bookstore and a municipal tourist office. Beautiful accents on the exterior include the portal doorway and pediments carved with elaborate floral designs.
