Fodor's Review:

Created by Norman Foster, the Collserola Tower was erected for the 1992 Olympics amid controversy over defacement of the traditional mountain skyline. As an immense communications mast with a cylindrical midsection housing an observation deck and a restaurant, it's now considered the best piece of contemporary architecture in the city's upper reaches.
