At the bottom of Ramba Catalunya, this scaled-up tapas bar draws a throng of mostly international clients and has tables outside on the sidewalk virtually year-round. The solomillo (miniature beef fillet) is a winner here, as is the brocheta d'escamarlans (brochette of jumbo shrimp). A good late-night or postconcert solution, there is usually room to squeeze in at the long wooden bar, though table reservations provide more comfort and space.
