Cal Pep is in permanent feeding frenzy and has been this way for a quarter century. Two minutes' walk east from Santa Maria del Mar toward the Estació de França, Pep's has Barcelona's best and freshest selection of tapas, cooked and served piping hot in this boisterous space.
