A two-minute walk east from Santa Maria del Mar toward the Estació de França, Pep's has some of Barcelona's best and freshest selection of tapas, cooked and served piping hot in a boisterous space.

We had a terrible experience at Cal Pep.
We ordered 4 tapas which we thought were 5 euros apiece. When we got the bill we were charges 30 euro ($45) for 4 shrimp.
What a scam! Total bill was 52 euros.
