Tapas Bars, Eixample
Fodor's Review:
One of Barcelona's off-the-beaten-track secrets, this bright and cheery proto-Basque enclave is six blocks from the Sagrada Família, five from the Casa Macaia Fundació La Caixa art gallery and concert hall, three from the Monumental bullring, and just three from the Auditori, all proving this to be a handy place to catch a bite while on the run. Xipirones (baby squid) and calamares (cuttlefish rings) are all well prepared here, and served with a fine selection of Albariños, Ruedas, and Penedès wines.
