Fodor's Review

Location, location, location: at a height of 250 feet over the Barcelona waterfront in the Eiffel Tower–like Sant Sebastià cable-car station over the far side of the port, this restaurant has spectacular 360-degree views of Barcelona as well as far out into the Mediterranean. It's more of a feast for your eyes than your stomach and the only thing higher than the dining room is the price. Service suffers from high-altitude sluggishness, too, but if you want some straightforward seafood dishes and an bird's-eye vantage point of the city, it's a decent choice.
