Ferran and Albert Adrià of former "World's Best Restaurant" elBulli fame are the ringleaders behind this circus-themed big top of creative tapas. Tickets offers tapas twists you've never dreamed of, like strawberry-bearing trees (complete with pruning scissors) with pistachio acorns, and a round-the-world ride of oysters. Don't try to work it out: just trust the energetic waiters to steer you in the right direction. Comfort is in shorter supply than surprise at the crowded communal tables but the atmosphere adds to the fun. Reservations are taken online only (not by phone), 60 days in advance.
