Fodor's Review:
A block in from the port and midway between the Rambla and Via Laietana, this modestly priced hotel has a central location on a quiet street and cheerful guest rooms. A bright, upbeat lobby and sliding-glass entryway display the reigning aesthetic here. Pros: central location, the beach a 15-minute walk away, friendly staff. Cons: not the most elegant part of town, missing atmosphere.
