Fodor's Review:
Seafood of every stripe, spot, fin, and carapace emanates from the kitchen here, but the filet mignon under a colossal slab of foie is a tour de force. Housed inside the cable-car tower over the far side of the port, this restaurant has spectacular views of Barcelona as well as far out into the Mediterranean.
