Chef Ramó Freixa, one of Barcelona's established culinary luminaries, is taking founding father José María's work to another level in a polished, minimalist, designer space that serves as a perfect metaphor for his cuisine. His clever reinterpretations of traditional recipes, all made with high-quality raw ingredients, have qualified the younger Freixa's work as cuina d'autor. One specialty is peus de porc en escabetx de guatlle (pig's feet with quail in a garlic-and-parsley gratin).

there is no original that are copied well but no impact, surprizing. The 1 star is only 1 star class that is not 2 or 3 star, sorryRATING: 2.6
