Casa Salva

Casa Salva Review

This little-known lunch restaurant, just around the corner from the Meliá Gran Colón hotel, has long been featured on the list of local favorites. The yellow and blue walls are complemented with typical Sevilliana tiles and local art, but it's the excellent home cooking that draws the crowds. Choose your meal from the handwritten menu, which changes daily and features traditional Andalusian cooking—think stews, meatballs, and french fries, led by the star dish: oven-baked suckling lamb.
