The name suggests grilled meat, but this restaurant in the heart of the Judería serves much more than that. Try tapas such as the berenjenas crujientes con salmorejo (crispy fried eggplant slices with thick gazpacho) in the colorful bar. The grilled fish is also supremely fresh, and the steak is the best in town. On the inner patio, there's alfresco dining when it's warm outside (covered in winter).
