It's worth the short drive out of town to this restaurant, which serves some of the region's best food. Menu items are innovative twists on Spanish recipes using seasonal ingredients—the restaurant grows many of its own vegetables. Innovative options include librito de mango y esturión sobre espejo de picual con huevos de trucha asalmonada (a layered stack of mango and sturgeon, topped with salmon trout eggs) and solomillo de jabalí con frutos de otoño y salsa de vinagre (wild boar with autumn fruits in a vinegar and honey sauce). The menú de degustación ($$$$) consists of eight courses.
