Whether for tapas or a meal, this restaurant, built under the vaults supporting the Granada bullring, is a carnivore's delight. Its specialties are meats ranging from solomillo de buey sobre salsa de hongos (filet mignon in a wild mushroom sauce) to jamón ibérico de bellota (acorn-fattened ham). Fish lovers have a modest selection of choices that includes Galician-style octopus and Biscay-style cod. The exposed brick walls are decorated with mounted fighting bulls' heads and bullfight posters.
