Fodor's Review:
After the sunset at Bajo de Guía Beach, the serious tapas and tippling begins in the Plaza del Cabildo, Sanlúcar's party nerve center. Balbino is the best of these taverns—though the patatas aliñá (potatoes dressed in an olive oil vinaigrette) at nearby Bar Barbiana are noteworthy as well.
