Fodor's Review

Above Córdoba's Arab hammam baths, this eatery has many vegetarian and vegan choices, like the ensalada de sultan starter with pine nuts, raisins, and dried fruits in an orange-and-almond dressing. Traditional moutabal (baba ghanoush) and hummus are tempting dips served with freshly made, warm pita bread. You can follow with a choice of couscous, including meat or vegetables, or more conventional mains, like roasted lamb in a honey-based sauce. Adjourn to

the tetería (tea shop) after dinner for an herb tea or abatido (fruit smoothie)—the yogurt-date-banana version is delicious. You can combine a visit to the baths with a meal in the restaurant, and on weekends it's open non-stop noon to 2 am.
