Fodor's Review

In a converted olive mill next to a rushing stream near Benaoján, 16 km (10 miles) west of Ronda, this British-run establishment appeals for its "green" credentials and proximity to great mountain walks. One of Andalusia's first country hotels, its guest rooms are arranged around a pleasant patio and come in different sizes, some with a terrace. The hotel uses solar panels for hot water and to heat the pool. The acclaimed restaurant serves excellent meals.
