Fodor's Review:

On Gornji trg, on the way to the castle, this upscale eatery serves a new generation of Slovenian cuisine with an international touch, borrowing from French and Asian influences. In every season the chef seems to have the right touch with Slovenia's bounty; porcini mushroom risotto and pumpkin ravioli in the fall, asparagus soup and motovílec (lamb's lettuce) salad in the spring. The service is both inviting and discreet.
